Notes: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah inaugurated the three day long Sindhu Darshan festival at Leh on Saturday. Sindhu Darshan festival is celebrated on the full moon day (Guru Poornima) in the month of June every year. It stretches on for three days. The main reason behind the celebration of Sindhu Darshan festival is to endorse the Indus River (Sindhu River) as an icon of the communal harmony and unity of India.
